aking soda <br />- ½ of baking powder <br />- 100gms of condensed milk <br />- 60ml of melted butter <br />- 1tsp of vanilla paste <br />- 45ml of milk <br /> <br />Strawberry Jam <br />- 1 cup of chopped strawberries <br />- ¼ cup of powdered sugar <br /> <br />Frosting <br />- 100gms of unsalted butter <br />- 150gms of cream cheese <br />- 1 cup of icing sugar <br /> <br />Method: <br />Batter <br />- Add flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix them properly <br />- Add condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla paste and milk together and whisk them properly <br />- Add the dry ingredients into the wet ones, in two batches and whisk the batter properly <br />- Add the batter into 6x8 rectangular tin and bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes <br /> <br />Strawberry <br />- Add the chopped strawberries in a sauce pan to which add powdered sugar and cook it until the sugar is melted, after that keep the jam aside until it cools down <br /> <br />- De mold the cake while it is hot, and keep it aside to cool <br /> <br />Cream Cheese Frosting <br />- Whisk together unsalted butter, cream cheese frosting and icing sugar <br />- Add the Strawberry jam to the frosting and mix well. <br /> <br />Assembling the Cake: <br />- Remove the top of the sponge <br />-Cut it in the center, take the frosting and spread it over the sponge and top it up with the other sponge <br />and apply the frosting all over <br />- Refrigerate it for half hour and the cake is ready to be served! <br /> <br />Host: Priyanka Doshi <br />Director: Tushar Tawde <br />Camera: Kavaldeep Singh Jangwal, Manjeet Katariya, Akshay Durgule <br />Editing: Kishor Rai <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
